Results depend on your focus. Law of Attraction says what you focus on you get. If you focus on how hard it is, guess what, you will surely get more of that. When you focus on the benefits you will receive and go from old diet mode “I can’t have that today” to “What will I choose to have or think of today?” you will notice results much faster.
Before we get started, I want to elaborate about your choosing a partner for this venture. It is not mandatory, but remember in the last episode, we discussed about how self-isolated we overeaters are? This is why I feel it is so important to have a partner in this adventure.
Try to find another adventurer that understands how you feel and in actual fact is on the same journey you are.
